Sax led Telecom, Technology, Media and Entertainment business at Minacs and was responsible for its strategy, business development and growth.
Prior to Minacs, Sax managed one of the largest strategic relationships for Satyam involving IT and BPO spanning across 5 countries. As global head, he led end to end functions, including sales, delivery, engagement/ program management and transitions involving multiple thousands of team members. Sax earlier headed strategy, corporate development and operations of Satyam BPO, where he led its business growth by 35x in three years. He has also held various senior level positions in India and US with the HCL group for 15 years, and was responsible for the growth and development of business in Hi-Tech, Telco and Financial Services Industry.
Sax played a significant role in developing and running HCL's joint venture with James Martin & Co., a US based high-end consulting firm, for a pioneering blended shore consulting value proposition. He has extensive experience in consulting, especially with leading US based private equity funds, where he developed and executed an investment thesis for BPO. Besides consulting, Sax also led M&A initiatives for HCL Technologies, to create joint ventures and manage large strategic deals ($100 M+) in both IT and BPO.
Based out of New Jersey presently, Sax graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, India and attended the Advanced Management Program at XLRI, India.
