Scott leads Minacs' Manufacturing vertical focus and our Minacs Marketing Solutions (MMS) business, which include our long track record of experience serving the automotive industry. He is also responsible for the strategy and growth of our business from new industries.

With a successful career in outsourced IT, CRM, Direct Marketing and BPO services behind him, and prior to joining Minacs, Scott co-founded and was president of Sherpa Business Solutions, building it more than 1,500 employees, when it was acquired by Firstsource Solutions. While integrating it with Firstsource, he also oversaw the latter's business development activities in the United States. Scott was also COO at MatchLogic, Inc, a direct marketing company with growth driven from award innovative direct marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies from $1 million to $100 million in a five year span. Scott has played various key executive roles in The Polk Company, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), HOV Services and Fiserv.
