Anand is responsible for managing the customer service portfolio for some key Minacs clients. He has over 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality and BPO industries. During these years, he had the opportunity to set up operations for brands like Baskin Robbins, McDonalds and Pizza Hut in India and manage inbound, outbound, chat, email, back-office processes for technical, telemarketing, telecom and BFSI clients. He holds an MBA in operations management from the Zenith Institute of Business Management and a B.Com. from the Mumbai University.

Anand loves to travel, is always looking for the next gadget and finding “creative things” to do with his son. He believes innovation and creativity in working with people are what makes work enjoyable.
